A neatly arranged table greets you. First of all, every ingredient is incredibly fresh. The freshness is as if each component was caught on the same day. It’s like looking at freshly harvested vegetables. As soon as you take a bite, a refreshing sensation spreads widely inside your mouth. Adding a serving of gamtae (dried sea squirt) for 2,000 won allows you to experience another level of culinary delight. It amplifies the nutty flavor. I ordered the special Kaisendon. It’s packed with tuna belly, salmon roe, sea urchin, whole shrimp, and surf clam. The richness is delightful. You can expect everything to melt in your mouth. The aging process was also impeccable. The texture is chewy and satisfying, encapsulating the essence of aged sashimi.

The interior is quite cozy here. There are four-person tables and two-seat counters. If you walk about 200 meters from Eonju Station Exit 3, you’ll find the place. Parking might not be available, so using public transportation is recommended. It’s a popular spot for office workers in the area.
