A small restaurant opened by a princess from a fairy tale, where care and attention are visible everywhere. The bread served before the meal is homemade and has a delightfully chewy texture. The anchovy butter adds a savory umami flavor. The prosciutto pizza is a signature dish; the salted pork thigh is salty and flavorful. Adding burrata cheese is a must; it significantly enhances the mild flavors. The burrata is skillfully sliced by the owner, spreading the rich taste of the cheese. The addition of basil pesto enhances the taste with its savory notes, providing the perfect finish. All pasta is made with fresh noodles, which are noticeably chewier. The white ragu pasta has a flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

This place is close to Exit 1 of Mangwon Station. As you head towards Hangang Road from Mangwon Station, you’ll find an alley known as “Mangridan-gil,” lined with not only restaurants but also vintage shops and quaint cafes. I recommend visiting Mangwon Market, a traditional market where you can enjoy a variety of foods including agricultural produce, fruits, and street snacks.
