I discovered a very charming Kai-sen-don(raw fish rice bow). There’s a signboard placed outside, so you must check it out as it could be easy to pass by without noticing. The interior ambiance feels somewhat cold, and the staff seems incredibly busy.

After some time, while enjoying the Kai-sen-don, the Futomaki arrives promptly. The fish on top of the Kai-sen-don is of high quality, and the texture is exceptionally good. It looks great in photos no matter how you take them. The ingredients have a thickness that adds a chewy and satisfying taste. I definitely prefer fish with such thickness.

After finishing one bowl, you’ll feel quite full. I also ordered two Futomaki to-go. The rice is firm and appealing. Since there might be a long wait, I recommend making a reservation in advance if you dislike waiting. There’s a vibe of regular customers, and the owner even greets the guests.
