Along with the meat, they also place mushrooms and slice sausages. It’s a combination that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the spring onion salad and various side dishes, they also serve radish kimchi and steamed egg as basic side dishes. The owner must be quite busy. The thick and well-textured pork belly gives off a sense of high quality. The pork belly sizzles and cooks on the hot grill, filling the air with the aroma of meat. The richness of the meat’s flavor is intoxicating. Clearly, being aged meat, there’s no trace of the off-putting smell that sometimes accompanies fresh meat.
