I can’t get over the freshness of the taste.

I was instinctively drawn to it. This is a heavyweight grilled intestines restaurant with consistently excellent quality. The ingredients are top-notch, and the kitchen is always bustling. I had a large platter of assorted intestines, which were delightfully crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The savory flavor lingers in the mouth. The Makchang (Grilled abomasum) was pleasantly chewy with an intriguing texture. Its savory flavor intensifies as you chew. As expected, the Daechang (Grilled Beef Large Intestines) was juicy. Daechang can be a polarizing choice. However, the Extra Tripe Fried Rice, stir-fried in the meat’s oil, is something everyone can enjoy, regardless of their preferences. The prices are on the premium side, but the quality justifies it. The key is to grill it and create some Nurungji (crispy and crunchy rice), which is easily done on the grill.

It’s worth noting that the assorted platter are available only for two or more portions. While the prices may be relatively high, the food unquestionably lives up to the cost. This place sets the standard for grilled intestines, elevating it to a luxurious taste. It’s lacated between Apgujeong and Hakdong stations, so be prepared for a bit of a walk. If you can’t secure a table here, there are alternative restaurants in the Apgujeong area.
