As expected, the signature dish is truly outstanding. The squid ink Capellini is a must-try. The contrast between the bright yellow sauce and the black Capellini is already intriguing. The pasta is so thin that it’s nicknamed ‘angel hair.’ The delicate pasta captures the rich flavors of butter and garlic from the sauce. When you bite into the chewy Capellini, you’ll experience the savory and slightly tangy taste of the sauce. The shrimp that accompanies the dish is also tender and flavorful. The Truffle D’Aglio e Olio is a dish where fresh truffles are generously sprinkled over angel hair pasta with mushroom butter sauce. The D’Aglio e Olio pasta is thin, flat, and has a delicate texture. It harmonizes beautifully with the slightly dense mushroom butter sauce. The truffle aroma is so intense that it’s almost overpowering. For those who love gnocchi, the potato gnocchi is recommended. Made with potatoes and Parmesan cheese, it’s pan-fried to perfection. The texture is soft and chewy.
