Mr. Boss, you’ve only drilled one well since 1984.

This place boasts the world’s most delectable Pork Skirt meat, and if you want to savor the vibes of a time-honored Korean restaurant, this is the spot to hit. Trust me, you can’t go wrong here. The meat is unbelievably tender and delightfully chewy—I can’t stop craving it. The pan’s already sizzling, so you can start grilling right away. Just give it a good flip with the tongs to prevent any overcooking, and it’ll be ready in a flash. Pair it up with some crunchy seasoned radish, and the flavors will explode in your mouth. Oh, and even though it’s not pictured here, you absolutely must try the Cheonggukjang. It’s a game-changer; a single bowl of rice won’t cut it anymore.

You’ll find this gem close to Exit 1 of Samjeon Station. They even offer dishes that are a rare find in standard restaurants, like Korean beef tongue and oxtail, so if you get the chance, give them a go. Saturdays are a hot ticket, with reservations filling up fast, often two to three weeks in advance. Be sure to note that they’re closed on Sundays. The food selection is stellar, the menu’s expansive, and the drink options are on point. Just a word of caution—it gets super packed in there, so conversations might require some shouting over the delicious din.
