True to the reputation of the hot spot for canele, eight different flavors of canele are showcased here. It’s almost always sold out if you go there late, making it difficult to fully taste their creations. Fortunately, I visited during the day and could enjoy the classic and Earl Grey flavors. What I’ve eaten before is not a canele. This is the real deal. Crispy on the outside, chewy and delicate on the inside, it’s a masterpiece of taste and texture. This isn’t the kind of canele that requires a lot of force to cut with a knife or feels tough when you chew. It’s perfectly crispy and has a chewy texture that’s not too tough. The Earl Grey canele s filled with Earl Grey cream, offering a moist sensation. The subtle flavor and aroma of Earl Grey permeate the experience. It’s truly satisfying. The Earl Grey canele alone is enough to make me want to come back.

It’s just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Sinnonhyeon Station on Line 9. This place has become a hot spot not just because of its canele but also because of the ambiance it provides. The spacious interior, plush chairs, neatly arranged seating, and comfortable tables create a cozy atmosphere. The large windows and high ceiling prevent any feeling of congestion. They even have an outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the spring weather. Their packaging is also very tastefully done, making it a great option for gifting.
