I head to this place whenever I crave Jeju black pork. While it’s convenient if it fits into your routine, let’s be honest, it’s worth making a special trip for. The flavor remains consistently amazing year-round. We arrived late in the evening and luckily snagged the last available seat. The atmosphere is cozy, with a vibe reminiscent of a small cafe bustling with locals.

The quality of the meat is exceptional. They serve aged Jeju black pork here, tucked away in the backstreets of Icheon Rodeo Street. The owner personally grills the meat, showcasing his exceptional skills. He delicately handles each piece with tongs, lightly grilling the skin to perfection.

Start by trying a piece of Frenched Rack dipped in salt. The texture is wonderfully tender, with juices bursting out as you take a bite. Follow it up with a dip in salt and wasabi for an extra kick. Then, you can choose to savor it with salted cutlassfish sauce or your preferred condiment.

The side dishes are equally impressive, boasting cleanliness and freshness. The seasoned wild leek adds a delightful flavor, while the radish and other vegetables are crisp and tasty. Plus, here’s a tip: you get a 30% discount for takeout orders. I’ll definitely be bringing some black pork here for my next camping trip or outing.
